Being a senior citizen, can I avail the concession on the train fare for the North India tours ?
It is as per IRCTC norms. At present all concessions are cancelled after “COVID – 19”. Once it resumes then wowindya go by it.
Can I cancel the tickets once i have booked for the same?
The right of cancellation is always there subject to the norms of tickets reserved in IRCTC, Airlines and other reservations we made for the guests. On the other side, we do have the rights to cancel the room bookings and tour guiding in case of natural calamity / or tourist location cancellations. These cancellations will be informed to you well in advance prior to departure.

In case of emergency , you are free to cancel rest of the tour participation and return at your cost. Otherwise we take utmost care to honour our commitments to the satisfaction of guests.
